Obviously, Thanksgiving is not a Thai holiday. No Pilgrims washed ashore here. But, the church in Thailand has adopted this holiday as a time to focus on giving thanks to God for His blessings. OK, so today is the day after Thanksgiving. After eating all that turkey, somehow you still have some leftover! You know you have to eat the leftovers, and the first way to do it is with a sandwich.
