We have been to four different Thai restaurants since we’ve been back. Any time you visit the place where a food is originally from, and try to find the same thing at home, you’re bound to be disappointed. Your best bet is usually to try to make it yourself so that you can adjust the taste to what you remember. Here’s where we’ve been so far.

Tonight we get on a plane and begin our journey back to the States. We’ve said it many times, but it’s true- the time has really flown by! When we woke up this morning and realized it has been a year in Thailand, we found it hard to believe this season of our life is already over…
