Birthday Surprises!

My name is April. One of the first questions people ask when they meet me is,

“Is your birthday in April?”

The answer is no. I was born September 28th.

On Sunday afternoon, we set out- Jason mysteriously leading the way to some unknown destination. We got in a taxi, then the BTS (skytrain), and then we walked to our destination: The Conrad Hotel.

Jason booked us a room for the night and pampered me quite well. :) The room was amazing, as was the pool on the 7th floor patio. We had good American burgers for dinner, Starbucks for breakfast and crepes for lunch!

The other big surprise was a video he put together. As many of you know, he sent out an email asking friends to send birthday messages to me. He put all the video messages and voice messages together into a 16 minute long video! It made me feel SO loved!!

    I’m soooo happy you had a wonderful birthday! :) I’m so sorry though, that we didn’t get our little video to J in time to make the big video. Perhaps we’ll just send it to you at some random time just for fun. mwahaha.

    Mom says that one of her best birthday gifts was her first gift certificate for a massage.It was wonderful. Also when Lisa and Brad gave a surprise birthday party and invited some of her special friends.

    I LOVE crapes! I miss you SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO much. That sounds like a great birthday! The pool is so beautiful!
