Last Minute Retreat

This past Friday and Saturday we had the privilege of going to a pastors’ weekend retreat for the Northeast Indiana Foursquare District.  It was a relaxed time, mostly focused on re-connecting with other pastors, and being refreshed.  The other purpose of the weekend was a send-off for Dan Mundt and his wife, Cindy as they transition to be the supervisor of a much larger district.

Anyway, the reason we were invited was to connect with other Foursquare churches in our region and make them aware of what we’re doing.  It was an encouraging time for us.  Everyone was very interested in what we’re doing, and Friday night they prayed over us and we had the chance to speak about where we’re going and why.  Possibly the most exciting part was being invited to a Missions Conference in New Castle, Indiana.  So we’ll get the chance to connect with the members of that church at their Sunday service on March 22, and again that evening where we will put up a display booth and talk to people about Thailand!
